I am someone who probably thinks too much and definitely sleeps too little. I also make music.
I have to.
My roots are in Manchester rock, but my influences stretch further, from Hendrix to dance, classical music to funk.
The songs are sometimes heavy, sometimes gentle, sometimes driven by a hook that won’t let me go. I’m as drawn to the beauty of a piano as I am to the buzz and hum of an electric guitar or the groove of a funky bassline.
Most of what I write circles the same questions of identity, purpose, what it means to be. I'm not always serious and I like to have fun with it, but whatever the sound or mood, the aim is to be honest.
I’ve played gigs across the UK, steadily building a growing body of work and an audience that connects with it. Right now, I’m working on a new album with producer John Kettle (The Lathums), set for release in 2026, with a UK tour to follow.
